29IIS-ConfigurationChanges to '/system.applicationHost/sites/site[@name="Default Web Site" and @id="1"]/@state' at 'MACHINE/WEBROOT/APPHOST' have successfully been committed.
This event is logged when the Microsoft-Windows-IIS-Configuration/Operational event log is enabled, and a web site is stopped or started (it may be logged for other reasons as well).
You can use EventSentry (Light) to get notified via email when this happens, and evaluate the state of the site by looking at insertion string #7.
