Firewall rules in Windows have version numbers embedded in them, and if they are processed on a version of Windows which does not support all features of that rule, the above message will be generated.

For example, if a rule is generated on Windows Server 2008 R2, and then deployed via Group Policy to a machine running Windows Vista, this event would be logged.

In most cases you should be able to ignore this error.
