Error occurs in connection with McAfee Virusscan 8.0i, because Virusscan changes the registration of a DLL.

Solution: Register the original DLL again, dependingn on whether you use W2k3 or W2k

regsvr32 /u "c:\Program Files\Network Associates\VirusScan\Scriptproxy.dll"

regsvr32 c:\WINNT\system32\vbscript.dll
regsvr32 c:\WINDOWS\system32\vbscript.dll
