This event is logged by EventSentry when none of the Event Processing options in the threshold configuration is checked and "Log when threshold is met/exceeded and interval is elapsed" option under Event Logging is set.
Threshold filter can check the number of events that occurred during a certain time period without actually processing (forwarding) them.
This feature can be configured at "Packages -> Filter Packages -> Package Name -> Filter Name -> Threshold".
