This event is logged when EventSentry is unable to connect to the primary email server. Since a backup SMTP server is configured, EventSentry will attempt delivery through the back SMTP server.
EventSentry can be configured to send out emails through SMTP targets (aka as notifications). SMTP targets can be added by right-clicking on the notifications container and selecting "Add Target".
