This event is logged by EventSentry because an instance of a performance counter is back in the acceptable range and thus the alarm was cleared.
Performance monitoring allows you to monitor all performance counters available and exposed by the OS.
This feature can be configured at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Performance Monitoring -> "+" (add a performance counter) or "-" (remove a performance counter)".
