This event is logged by EventSentry because a performance counter came back into the normal range of the performance counter, and thus the alarm was cleared.

Performance monitoring allows you to monitor all performance counters available and exposed by the OS.

This feature can be configured at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Performance Monitoring -> "+" (add a performance counter) or "-" (remove a performance counter)".
