This event is logged by EventSentry because the performance counter monitored is equal to the treshold limit set for the performance monitoring alert.

Performance monitoring allows you to monitor all performance counters available and exposed by the OS.

This feature can be configured at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Performance Monitoring -> "+" (add a performance counter) or "-" (remove a performance counter)".
