This event is logged by EventSentry when an application was removed from the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components and will no longer run automatically when a user logs in.

Software Monitoring monitors autorun registry keys and nofities if an application is added to or removed from the registry keys. You can configure this feature at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Software Monitoring -> Monitor Autorun Locations"
