This error indicates that the configured shutdown duration (as configured in the APC PowerChute Business Edition)
Shutdown -> Shutdown Sequence -> Duration (mins)
is longer than what the battery backup can provide. This usually happens when additional systems are hooked up to an APC UPS, and the initially configured shutdown duration can no longer be provided due to the additional load.
