Resolved the issues by doing the following:

a) Run GPEDIT.MSC on the affected server
b) Navigate to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Windows Time Service\Time Providersc) Enable - Enable Windows NTP Clientd) Enable - Configure Windows NTP Cliente) Configure the Windows NTP Client as follows: NTP Server = time.amer.carlson.com,0x1 Type = NTP everything else stays the same
