This message was logged on laptop running Vista after enabled "Advanced Performance". To enable advanced performance:

1. Open "Computer Management"
2. Right-Click "Disk Management"
3. Select the "Policies" tab
4. Check "Enable advanced performance"

Keep in mind that this is only recommended for computers that have a backup power supply, such as laptops and desktop computers with a UPS.
