This event is logged by EventSentry because the threshold limit set on a given filter (e.g. "Test") has reached and the event will be processed.
Threshold filters can be configured to process events after a threshold limit has been reached by setting the "Forward events when/after threshold has been met" option.
You can configure this feature at "Pacakges -> Filter Packages -> Filter Name -> Threshold".
