This event is logged by EventSentry because the threshold limit of a given filter (e.g. "Test") has been reached.

EventSentry includes a threshold feature that allows you to be notified when a certain number of event log records match your limit.

Thresholds can be configured with every filter, and are configured at "Packages -> Filter Packages -> Package Name -> Filter Name -> Threshold".
