This event is logged by EventSentry because a process (e.g. calc.exe), after being inactive, is active.
Process Monitoring ensures that critical processes are running, and will log messages to the event log indicating whether a critical process is active or not.
You can configure this feature at "Packages -> System Health Packages -> Package Name -> Processes".
